				<description>&lt;p&gt;　　这两天被一条消息勾住了。这项名为“All for AI”（韩语常称“모두의 AI”，意为“大家的 AI”或“全民 AI”）的国家级计划，近期刚刚完成了项目的 사업자（官方承办单位）甄选，确定由 SK 电信（SKT）、KT 和 Kakao 三大联合体（Consortium）共同牵头。它面向全体国民免费开放，而且不限额度、不设 Token 限制。能做的事也都贴着日子走：预约医生、找公寓、问税务，小企业主拿它算税、找优惠，家长能拿到教育内容的推荐。读到“不限量”这三个字的时候我停了一下——AI 这两年的定价逻辑一直是按量走，从 API 计费到会员分级，忽然有一整片市场站出来说这件事该按人头供、随便用，这个动作的分量不在于省了多少钱，而在于它把 AI 放进了哪一类东西里。&lt;/p&gt;</description>
