				<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&#34;text-indent:2em;display:block;&#34;&gt;这一年身边讨论最多的词就是 AI 提效，大家都在琢磨怎么用 Agent 把整条工作流串起来，一键下去自动跑完，人只管最后验收。规划、执行、自检、交付，一套 Agent 工作流被设计得环环相扣，仿佛只要编排得当，人就能从流程里彻底退场。热闹归热闹，我却拐去了另一个方向，琢磨 AI 的人机协同。倒不是我故意唱反调，而是我发现自己不太相信全自动化工作流这套东西，至少在当下这个阶段不太相信。原因说穿了很朴素：Agent 跑得再自动，产物最后还是得有人去审核。审核这一步根本省不掉，那所谓的一键全自动，不过是把问题往后攒，攒到最后一次性爆发。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

				<description>&lt;p&gt;　　最近翻到高盛一份关于 AI 产业的报告，里面有一条判断挺扎人：AI 正在从“回答”走向“执行”，产业的竞争重心也从模型本身，悄悄转移到了对&lt;strong&gt;工作流的掌控&lt;/strong&gt;上。这话初看像一句行业口号，细想却戳中了过去一两年里很多 Agent 项目卡住的那个点——我们早已不缺会聊天的模型，缺的是敢把它放进真实业务流程里替人办事的底气。报告把这种底气归结为两件事：可控性，以及责任划分。凡是边界清晰、结果可验证的工作流，会优先被自动化；凡是含糊、不可追责的环节，再聪明的模型也难落地。&lt;/p&gt;</description>
